Elon Musk’s Mission to Take Over NASA—and Mars

Elon Musk plans to lead humanity to Mars with support from NASA and political allies. He asked Isaacman to head NASA and gained Trump’s backing to boost space missions. NASA’s Artemis program is being reconsidered to prioritize Mars. Achieving this vision will require full collaboration between SpaceX, NASA, and its resources.





Elon Musk is planning to help humanity’s advancement towards their path beyond Earth, to move into Mars. Elon Musk had asked his friend Isaacman, to become the head of NASA, to help him to achieve his goal of going to Mars. Musk’s plan has been actively supported by Trump, to make him the “president of firsts”. As a result, the White House is planning to provide a Boeing-built-rocket for NASA to launch astronauts into the moon and furthermore.


Moreover, SpaceX president Gwayne Shotwell has told everyone that her plans are now more prioritized to sending people to Mars. With Elon Musk’s plan and support from others, NASA's power has been needed. For instance, NASA’s special program, Artemis, where they work towards exploring the moon and Mars at the end, had been reconsidered to make Mars a priority.


According to Elon Musk, his plan is to send everyone to Mars and sustain a healthy environment. However, to accomplish such a plan, NASA’s 18,000 employees and $25 billion budget is crucial. In the end, SpaceX, Elon Musk, and NASA have to work all together to go towards one goal: to get every human being on Mars.
